Functional Fitness
Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00 pm
at the Recess Lab
This class is designed to optimize the body’s natural movements - mostly dynamic body weight exercises on the floor with a bit of mind-body education, breathing exercises and, of course, some philosophizing about fitness. I’ll provide careful instruction and a watchful eye to help you get the most out of each class.
March: 3/5 - 3/26
April: 4/9 - 4/30 (no class 4/2)
May: 5/7 - 5/28
$88 each 4-week session or $25 per drop-in class
No pro-rated fees. If you have to miss a class, you can send a friend in your place.
