Functional Fitness

Wednesdays 8:00 - 9:00 AM

at the Recess Lab

This class is designed to optimize the body’s natural movements - mostly dynamic body weight exercises on the floor with a bit of mind-body education, breathing exercises and, of course, some philosophizing about fitness. I’ll provide careful instruction and a watchful eye to help you get the most out of each class.

June: 6/4 - 6/25

July: 7/2 - 7/30 (no class 7/16)

August: TBD

$88 each 4-week session or $25 per drop-in class

If you have to miss a pre-paid class, you can send a friend in your place.
