Come work out with your PT!

This class is designed to optimize the body’s natural movements - mostly dynamic body weight exercises on the floor with a bit of mind-body education, breathing exercises and, of course, some philosophizing about fitness. I’ll provide careful instruction and a watchful eye to help you get the most out of each class.

No pro-rated fees, thank you. If you have to miss a class, you can send a friend in your place.
